Our Kedzie Avenue brewery – one of the largest in Illinois – is where we fill kegs, cans, and bottles for distribution across Chicagoland. Production began in the Spring of 2012 and our tap room is open every Wednesday through Sunday. Located in the Kennedy Planned Manufacturing District on Chicago’s northwest side, the brewery is about 1.5 miles away from our brewpub. Our tap room offers some of our beers in cans, bottles, kegs as well as on draft for a pint to enjoy at the tap room or a growler fill to go.
Our Commitment to Quality: We hold quality of our beers to the highest importance. We always recommend our beers be kept cold and consumed within 120 days for optimum flavor and freshness. You can find our packaged-on dates on the bottoms of our canned beers, and stamped on the label of our bottled beers. The heart of the facility is our 60-barrel brewhouse. Here, our brewers mash and boil the brew for about 8 hours. The beer is then cooled for 3-6 weeks of fermentation depending on the style. Our other big feature is our high-speed canning line. The line can be seen from the tap room as can our wood barrel library, which will continue to grow over time.
