Our new Kedzie Avenue brewery – one of the largest in Illinois – is where we fill kegs, cans, and bottles for distribution across Chicagoland. Production began in the Spring of 2012 and our tap room is open every Wednesday through Saturday from 2pm-10pm. Located in the Kennedy Planned Manufacturing District on Chicago’s northwest side, the brewery is about 1.5 miles away from our brewpub.

The heart of the facility is our 45 barrel brewhouse. Here, our brewers mash and boil the brew for about 8 hours. The beer is then cooled for 3-6 weeks of fermentation depending on the style. Our other big feature is our high-speed canning line, which can fill over 500 cans a minute. The line can be seen from the tap room as can our wood barrel library, which will continue to grow over time as we get settled into our new home.
