Since opening in 2010, Revolution Brewing has taken Chicago by storm and 2 Sparrows is excited to welcome the brewery. The restaurant’s sous chef Emily Cook has designed a menu for the evening that will complement Revolution’s staple beers, as well as some of its highly sought after limited releases.
