Join us every Tuesday at the brewpub after 5pm for a special four-course prix fixe menu with carefully selected beer pairings (in addition to our regular menu). The cost is $45 or $35 sans beer. Today's menu consists of the following food items:
Course 1:
Roasted Bone Marrow with Watercress and Garlic Crostini

Course 2:
Lamb Sausage with Pickled Beets and Anti-Hero IPA Mustard
Beer: Anti-Hero IPA
Course 3:
Chicken Sausage and Dumplings
Beer: Iron Fist
Course 4:
Mad Cow Blondie
Beer: Very Mad Cow
