Valentine’s Day 4-course Dessert and Beer Pairing

Join us on Valentine’s Day for a special 4 course prix fixe dessert and beer pairing menu.
Pastry chef Courtney Baldy, winner of Chicago Beer Society’s Brew Pub Shoot Out for “Best Beer and Food Pairing” 3 years running, will integrate the flavor profiles of 4 of our beers into 4 unique desserts to create a harmonious marriage of bitter, sweet, spicy and intoxicating. The menu will be available after 5pm. Cost is $25.
Course 1: Hot cocoa, guajillo marshmallow, cinnamon marshmallow

Course 2: Blood orange pudding cake, rose water ice cream, cardamom guava coulis, honey hazelnut crunch

Course 3: Warm chocolate torte, coffee cremeux, malt ball crumble
-Paired with Coffee Eugene Porter
Course 4: Pomegranate mousse, mango gelée, Sablé Breton, citrus caramel
-Paired with Winter Woman Imperial Brown Ale
