Date – October 15 Location — Revolution Brewing  /  Chicago, IL

Oct

15

Enjoy the return of the original fully-operational Imperial Oatmeal Stout, Deth’s Tar, in both four-packs and a new 19.2‑ounce format. We’ll also have a fresh new Café Deth blend and the first-ever canning of Deth by Raspberries.

As with recent releases, these beers will be sold via preorder on our webstore. Public preorders will begin Tuesday, October 12 for pickups beginning Friday, October 15 at the Revolution production brewery and Taproom. We don’t publish the exact sale time, but orders typically go live first thing in the morning.

Curbside and walk-up pickups begin Friday at Noon, where the Taproom will be pouring the featured beers and draft variants. The Revolution Brewpub will also be pouring all three release beers when it opens at noon on Friday.

PRIMAL COCONUT DEATH 13.8%
This single Wild Turkey barrel of young, sweet component Deth’s Tar is infused with 25lbs of toasted coconut. Punchy American oak and bittersweet chocolate notes lay beneath a torrent of tropical bliss which becomes ever more pronounced as it warms.

V.S.O.D. WELLER SINGLE BARREL 13.6%
Sweet component Deth’s Tar aged two years in a single Weller Special Reserve barrel. Malty, graham-laden, bittersweet chocolate mousse-esque, all tied together with a lovely spirit expression and restrained oak tannin.

RAZZLE FROM L.A. GUNS 11.0%
Deth by Raspberries charged up with a healthy whap of Daydream Coffee light roast because we like a good time around here
