Civil Disobedience

This big IPA is a new addition to the double/imperial IPA lineup here at Rev. A simple malt bill of 2row and red wheat allow the hop character to shine through. In addition to Citra and Galaxy additions late in the boil, we dry-hopped the beerwith a bit more of Citra and Galaxy. This gives the beer a nice fruity hop nose with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, tropical fruit, and a touch of the herbal/onion notes coming thru on the palate. It finishes dry with a big, lingering hop bitterness, and a bit of alcohol warmth. Pretty easy-drinkin’ for a beer its strength…
