Donation Requests
Let us give to your Revolution!
We love to support organizations working for positive change in our city and throughout Chicagoland. If you share our revolutionary spirit, we’d like to help support your work.
If you have a donation request, please read the guidelines below. If your event qualifies, fill out our donation form below and our Charitable Giving Coordinator will reply as soon as possible. We experience a high volume of donation requests, so please be patient while we get back to everyone’s submission in the order they were received.
Please submit your request with at least 30 days notice before the date of the event. We will decline requests with insufficient notice, as well as those that fall outside of our donation guidelines.
Please note the following additional guidelines:
- To honor as many requests as we can, donations are limited to organizations and events in Chicagoland (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties).
- You must provide a 501(c)(3) tax identification number in the form below.
- Donated beer can only be consumed at the specified event.
- All donated beer must be provided to guests free of charge.
- We cannot donate beer for events at establishments which have their own permanent liquor license.
- Donated beer can only be served to individuals who are of legal drinking age.
- Product donations must be picked up at Revolution — 3340 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL. Pickups take place during business hours on Wednesday-Friday and on Sunday. There are no Saturday pickups, and each pickup will be scheduled with the Charitable Giving Coordinator.
- We cannot donate beer to events taking place at the Revolution Taproom or Brewpub.
Causes outside of our focus:
- Portion-of-proceeds fundraising
- Church/religious fundraising
- Fraternities and sororities
- Recreational sports teams
- Individual fundraisers for races
