Donation Requests
Let us give to your Revolution!
Thanks for thinking of Revolution Brewing for your donation needs! We love to support organizations who strive for positive change in our city and throughout Chicagoland. If you share our revolutionary spirit, we’d like to help support your work.
Please read our donation guidelines below to see if you qualify. If your event qualifies, fill out our donation form below and our Charitable Giving Coordinator will reply as soon as possible. We experience a high volume of donation requests, so please be patient while we get back to everyone’s submission in the order they were received. This can take up to several weeks. Requests that don’t meet our donation guidelines will be automatically declined.
Requests require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to their event dates. We encourage advanced notice! Requests under 30 days notice will be automatically declined.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Donations are limited to organizations and events in Chicagoland (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties).
- To honor as many requests as we can, we limit our number of donations, per organization, to no more than two events annually.
- Please choose either beverages or a raffle/auction item. In order to spread the love, we only accommodate one or the other, not both.
- Beverage donation options include: Beer, Super Zero non-alcoholic sparkling hop water, and Reverb 5mg THC/CBD beverage. (cases of 24 cans)
- Raffle/Auction items donations include: Gift bag (Rev tote bag, $50 gift card, two glasses, two koozies, and merch) or a Brewery Tour (for up to 5 ppl at our taproom).
- Financial sponsorships are handled by our marketing team and not available via this platform.
- Donated beer can only be consumed at the specified event unless previously approved.
- Donated beer must be provided to guests free of charge.
- Legally we cannot donate beer for venues that have a permanent liquor license. A temporary license is required on the day of your event.
- Donated beer can only be served to individuals who are of legal drinking age.
- We do not donate beer to events taking place at the Revolution Taproom.
- All donations must be picked up at Revolution — 3340 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL.
Pickups take place during taproom hours on Wednesday-Friday and Sunday and must be approved & scheduled in advance with the Charitable Giving Coordinator. There are no Saturday or morning pickups. We do not deliver or mail donations. - You must provide a 501(c)(3) tax identification This is mandatory for consideration — any requests who fail to provide this will be automatically declined.
Causes outside of our focus:
- Portion-of-proceeds fundraising
- Church/religious fundraising
- Fraternities and sororities
- Recreational sports teams or golf outings
- Individual fundraisers for races/charities
