How do I sign up?

You may sign up online or in-person at our Brewpub or Taproom when closing our your tab.

How much does a Rev Rewards membership cost?

Membership is free to anyone 21+.

Do my points expire?

Rev Rewards points never expire.

How do I start getting points?

Simply give our staff your last name or phone number when closing your tab, or connect a credit/debit card to your Rev Rewards account to automatically get points when using that card at the Brewpub or Taproom.

I’m an existing Rev Rewards member. Did my account transfer over to your new system?

If you have used your Rev Rewards or Mug Club account since 2017, your account was transferred into our new system back in 2021. If you haven't used your account since 2017, you will need to sign up for a new account.

Did my points transfer into the new system?

No. Points were not transferred into the new system, but credits/rewards were transferred. Partial rewards were credited for points below the reward threshold.

How do I redeem my credits?

When your account is attached to a tab at our Taproom or Brewpub, you will be given the option during the payment process to pay with credits or save them for later.

Do I need to have my card to get points for my purchase?

No. Just give a staff member your last name, email, or phone number and they can look up your account info.

I’m missing points. How do I get those credited to my account?

We have a form below you can fill out to get your missing points. Please note that manually added points will not show up on your online member account, but are recorded in the backend of our system. Transactions before 2021 are not eligible for retroactively adding points to your account.

Can I receive points on my private event hosted at Revolution?

No. Private events are not eligible for Rev Rewards points.

I made a purchase on the webstore, but my points aren't showing up.

Our webstore is not directly connected to Rev Rewards. All points from webstore purchases are manually entered. Please give us up to two weeks after your purchase to update your account.

I have a reward, but it's not giving me credit on the webstore.

Rewards are only redeemable onsite at our Brewpub or Taproom.

Terms and Conditions

Rev Rewards is for individual customers only. Points are earned for each dollar spent (excluding tax and tip) at both the Revolution Brewpub, Revolution Taproom, and Revolution Webstore, including packaged beer and merchandise purchases. Purchases of gift cards are excluded, but gift card usage still accrues points as usual.

Revolution Brewing reserves the right to make changes in the rules or benefits, audit or cancel your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the card holder. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to become members. Employees of Revolution Brewing are not eligible for membership.
