Our Illinois Golden Ale is made with 100% pilsner malt, which gives a pale yellow hue, and hopped like an IPA - ‘single-hopped’ with Mandarina this year - which gives a big, juicy hop aroma and flavor and a clean, lingering bitter finish. Hoppy and refreshing! Brewed in celebration of the 6th annual Chicago Craft Beer Week!
