We brewed this Dry-Hopped Kettle Sour for our friends at Hopsteiner to showcase Lotus hops from their farm and celebrate the upcoming hop harvest. A big dry hop of Lotus, along with some Cryo Citra and Centennial hops lend way to a big dose of freshly peeled orange, vanilla, with soft biterness and a balanced tart and dry finish.
