Off White is a Small Beer made from the 2nd runnings of wort from our Executive Order Imperial Wheat. It is fermented with our house Wit yeast that we use for our Belgian-style White Ale, Bottom Up Wit. We brewed this light-bodied ale with Blueberry concentrate, from Juice Products Unlimited here in Chicago, with both kettle and serving tank additions, for the “off-white” color, and a touch of sweetness in the finished beer.
