Quartz

Quartz is an Extra-Pale Ale that is brewed with 2-row, red wheat and light caramel malt to achieve a faint golden color and a smooth creamy mouthfeel. We utilized Crystal hops exclusively for bittering and aromatic additions in the brewkettle as well as a large post fermentation dry hop to infuse this sessionable ale with a huge bouquet of fresh cut flowers and citrus and a very clean mellow bitterness. Our goal was to create a crisp, clean beer for the warm June weather that is extremely aromatic but lower on the ABV and hop bitterness to truly showcase the wonderful hop variety Crystal.
