Recriminations

Recriminations is an American Strong Pale Ale named after a song from the TOASTERs. The brew was made to be flavorful and hoppy, but with a little less alcohol than an IPA. Maris Otter gives it a malty, lightly toasty front palate, and it is hopped with Nugget, Crystal, Mandarina, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy in the kettle.

For additional hop love, we dry-hopped the brew with 1.6#/ bbl on the cold-side so that the Cascade and Galaxy impart a more floral, tea-like hop quality, with hints of watermelon…
