Riot

Riot, our traditional Czech Pilsner is fermented with a classic lager yeast strain and followed by 4 weeks of cold storage. Four separate Saaz hop additions in the brew kettle and an aggressive dry hop post fermentation yields a very smooth balanced lager with a crisp bitterness and a spicy hop aroma and flavor that rounds out this wonderful style of lager beer.
