Find Beer

This IPA is a collaborative effort with our friends on the Southside at Tribes Alehouse. We brewed it to be available for the 2nd annual Tribes Fest coming up on July 26 at their location in Tinley Park. They gave us their thoughts, we came up with a recipe, and Niall and some of the crew came in to brew with us- and they actually did a lot of the work (…and, drank a fair amount of beer)! 2row malt and red wheat make the foundation of this beer and step aside for the hops.

We had a couple of Amarillo hop additions in the kettle, and they dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy. This gives the beer a nice herbal, fruity hop nose with notes of orange, tropical fruit, and a touch of the onion notes coming thru on the palate. It finishes dry with a pleasant, lingering hop bitterness.
