Uncalled Four

Uncalled Four is a beast of our 4th Year Beer Belgian Quadruple that we created last year to celebrate our fourth anniversary, and then tucked away in Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels early in 2014. The beer that emerges from these barrels is bursting with rich aromas of dark fruits and brown sugar which melds perfectly with the caramel and vanilla notes which are extracted from the bourbon and the charred American Oak. A silky mouthfeel and deeply complex flavor make this twisted American version of a traditional Belgian Trappist Strong Ale quite easy to imbibe.
