Arts and Business Council of Chicago seeks to sustain and advance the vital arts community in the Chicago region by maximizing cost and time efficiencies of the three organizations, thereby allowing their staffs more time to focus on innovative programming while enhancing freedom of vision. was founded to provide legal services to low income residents of Cook County, Illinois who are either elderly or who have permanent disabilities.
