Our annual Backlot BBQ at Publican Quality Meats is going down on Tuesday, May 23rd.
Celebrate Chicago Craft Beer Week with the Rev Brew Crew in PQM’s Backlot. Beers and BBQ from 5–9pm!
What’s on the menu:
- La Pryor Farms BBQ Pork -$9- Bourbon barrel aged NC BBQ sauce, honey jalapeno slaw
- Gunthorp Farms BBQ Chicken -$9 — Habanero beer glaze, loganberry pickles
- Smoked Gazpacho -$6–7 — Charred Mighty Vine tomato, pickles, cucumber ice, smoked shrimp
- Grilled Spring Veg -$8 — Black eyed pea hummus, grilled citrus
