Join us for the release of two collaboration IPAs brewed with our friends from Hop Butcher for the World.
Superstructure | Imperial Hazy IPA — 9% ABV, 16oz. four-pack
A big, hazy, imperial-strength IPA with aggressive use of Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and Sabro for juicy, fruit-forward flavors.
Base | West Coast Style Pale Ale — 6% ABV, 16oz. four-pack
A second-runnings beer and a take on the evolution of the West Coast IPA using a lineup that includes Amarillo, Cryo Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cryo Citra, and Cashmere hops packed into the beer at seven pounds per barrel.
We’ll have both featured beers on tap, along with guest taps from the Hop Butcher crew. Approximately 600 four-packs of each beer available at the Taproom on Kedzie Ave., with a limit of 1 case person person of each beer. Limited Chicagoland only distribution will follow beginning the week of 8/19.
