Our Ordinary Bitter, Brixton Bitter, will be tapped at Rev on Wednesday, July 25.
ABOUT THE BREW:
This traditional Ordinary Bitter is brewed with Maris Otter as the base malt, which gives a rich, lightly toasted malt character. We also used Naked Golden Oats, and Weyermann CaraRed to give notes of honey malt sweetness, and an enticing golden hue. We balance the malt character with UK Golding, a classic British variety which add an herbal, mildly woody character to the beer. Light-bodied, and only 3.2% ABV, this is a refreshing Summer brew.
**the yeast used in this beer was harvested from the Milk Stout, which was brewed with Lactose**
