Chicago Smoke, our smoky German-Style Rauchbier, and Denali Gold, a special variant of our Cross of Gold with Denali hops, are hitting draft lines at our brewpub and tap room on Wednesday, May 3.
Our Chicago Smoke is brewed with 95% smoked malts for a seriously smoky lager. With a little caramel sweetness and full body, this is a great style of beer for smoked meats and food off the grill. Smoke aromas dominate the nose and follows with a caramel sweetness for balance.
Denali Gold is a new twist on our classic Cross of Gold showcasing Denali hops. This easy-drinking, golden ale features distinct pineapple, citrus, & pine aromas.
