The first Thursday of every month we dig through our library to tap something special…this month our Deep Cuts tapping is Filibuster. Deep Cuts are only tapped at our Kedzie Tap Room.
About the beer:
This beer is our Congressional Approval Imperial Wheat Ale aged for nearly seven months in a mix of Old Forester and Woodford Reserve barrels. The resulting nectar is malty sweet, with a lot of vanilla and dark fruit notes. Consume with caution: Too much of this can keep you from getting anything accomplished.
ABV: 11.5% IBU: 60.
