The first Thursday of every month a specialty library keg is tapped during our Deep cut series. On Thursday, July 5 a keg of Turn Blue will be tapped.
ABOUT Turn blue:
We aged this Porter in barrels for a total of two years. After year one, we added blueberries and Brettanomyces, then let it age in the barrel another 12 months. The finished product has flavors of cacao nib and coffee alongside the blueberry sweetness and tart acidity.
ABV: 8.5%. Draft-only.
