G Market Chef Frank Kwiatkowski has curated a specialty five course menu to perfectly pair with delicious Revolution brews. Some beers that will be served are exclusive pours not available in the regular market. Everything tastes better with beer.

First Course:

Second Course:
Paired with Revolution Riot Pils
Crab Cakes with lump crab, rainbow peppers, caper remoulade, and dressed greens

Paired with Revolution Apple Brandy Ryewine
Grilled Pork Tomahawk with cherry compote, hazelnut crumble, charred sweet potato puree, and a brandy reduction
