The Release Beers
Deth's Tar
Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in bourbon barrels
A prolonged repose in bourbon-soaked American oak barrels adorns a dark chocolate profile with notes of toasted coconut and vanilla. A rich, supple texture belies the unholy power of our Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
Alc. by vol. – 14.8%
Café Deth
Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in bourbon barrels and steeped with fresh coffee beans
Fresh whole-bean coffee from Chicago's own Dark Matter Coffee stirs the senses in this barrel-aged Imperial Oatmeal stout. Haunting aromatics of roast and dried fruit enter the realm of toasted walnut and rich chocolate.
Alc. by vol. – 14.8%
Deth by Cherries (2023)
Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Cherries
Unfermented sweet and tart cherries complement a dry-leaning combination of Deth’s Tar Barrel-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout barrels in this classically-satisfying blend of blends. The pair of fruits harmonize with the occurring aromatics of American oak and focus the immensity of flavors of the stout with judiciously metered acidity.
Alc. by vol. – 14.3%
