Diorama at The Whistler: Biology of Beer

Date – September 9 Location — The Whistler  /  Chicago, IL
Time – 6-7pm

Sep

9

Field researcher Matthew Nelsen and our brewer, Marty Scott, dive into the science of alcohol during the Diorama at the Whistler: Biology of Beer on September 9th from 6 – 7pm.

In celebration of the Field Museum’s 125th anniversary, the Field Museum will be bringing specimens — including a piece of their original 1893 World’s Fair collection — to you.

Join us at The Whistler and peer into a specially crafted diorama on display through September. While sipping a cocktail, get a whole new look at the history and science of alcohol in a series of conversations with Field experts.

Diorama at The Whistler is on display through September. All events are free and 21+. You can see the diorama whenever The Whistler is open.
