Our Hefeweizen is back! El Hefe Loco, a German-style hefeweizen, is released at the brewpub and tap room on Wednesday, May 31. The real star of the show is the Weihenstephan yeast strain we used to contribute aromas and flavors of banana, clove and lemon zest which hangs in suspension to give this ale its hazy appearance. ABV: 5% IBU: 18
