Cheer on Revolution as we pit (haha, get it?) our best brisket against three other powerhouse breweries in an epic showdown that will leave everyone happy and full of brisket.

“Born during the pandemic when traditional festivals were not feasible, E2B2 is a high stakes, no-holds-barred cooking competition that’s all about the brisket. Attendees are presented with (4) brisket dishes, each prepared by a local craft brewery. Popular vote determines the winner. Who will emerge triumphant and win the championship belt*? You’ll know first!
Entry includes:
(4) brisket dishes — one from each brewery — served with chips
(4) Samples of beer and cider from all breweries. ERIS, OIB, Revolution Brewing and Une Annee/Hubbards Cave
