On January 18th we are teaming up with FORK to serve a four course beer dinner.
Join us and let us warm your soul this winter. $50 not including tax and tip.
1st course — A Little Crazy, Belgian Pale Ale (6.8%) paired with seared scallops, white bean puree pickled red onion & arugula
2nd course — Local Hero IPA (6.5%) paired with braised pork belly, sweet potato, bacon brown sugar & fried rosemary
3rd course — Red Skull Imperial Red Ale (8.3%) paired with chicken breast, farro & beerdelaise
Dessert — Filibuster Bourbon barrel-aged Wheat Ale paired with vanilla-caramel flan with blackberry compote
