Thar she blows! Moby Wit, our double version of our Bottom Up Wit, will be release at the brewpub and tap room on Wednesday, December 13. The Imperial Wheat Ale is one that will keep you warm on a cold night out at sea. The use of coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel, and Belgian yeast creates strong aromas of citrus zest and spice to begin your journey, leading you into the Pilsner and wheat malt base of this strong wit. Notes of orange peel, coriander, clove, and alcohol dance on your tongue before a slight bitterness from Czech Saaz hops send you down into the depths of Davy Jones’ locker.
