On Wednesday, January 25, we are releasing Samadhi at our brewpub and tap room.
Samadhi is a big American IPA. It is brewed with a blend of Pale ale and 2row, and some Carapils malt for additional body. We then added a barrage of hops: Summit, Warrio, Citra, Chinook, and a BIG dose of Centennial. This beer is a true hop experience but has enough of a malt backbone to hold up to the hop assault. ABV: 7.6% IBU: 90
