Tropic Hero, our newest hero, is surfing its way onto draft lines at the brewpub and tap room on June 21. The specialty IPA is also available in Issue 2 of the League of Heroes variety pack!
About the brew:
To achieve the desired flavor profile, we blended Citra, Mosaic, Crystal and an exciting new unnamed variety called HBC 438. This experimental hop has a high Alpha Acid % and adds mango, stone fruit & coconut flavors to the dry hop. Expect Tropic Hero to give off strong and complex citrus and tropical fruit aromas, paired with some herbal and faint woody notes. We think you’re going to dig it.
