About the Brew:
If you happen to be looking for a Stout to drink for an extended Session, then you have found it. Our version of an Irish Dry Stout has a deep intense roasty character and acidity which is contributed by English Roasted and American Roasted barley. Pale along with a combination of Carapils, flaked barley, and a small amount of Special B malt lend a smooth round mouthfeel to this ale even though it is dry and crisp. German Magnum and English Fuggle hops provide this beer with its distinct bitterness and subtle earthy/spicy hop character. What really makes this ale super smooth is the injection of nitrogen gas into the finished product which creates a super dense creamy head of small tight long lasting bubbles which initiates an epic cascade in the glass when poured through our Stout faucets!
