Penguin Hops Release Party at the Shedd Aquarium

Shedd Aquarium and Revolution Brewing celebrate their partnership as buds in sustainable suds for the sixth year running.
The limited-release harvest pale ale, Penguin Hops, will be released at the brewpub and tap room on Nov. 1st. To celebrate there will be a unique after-hours release party on Nov. 2 at the Shedd from 5–10pm.
Science Pub, which offers guests the chance to hear from Revolution’s Head Brewpub Brewer Wil Turner about the brewing process and one of Shedd’s penguin experts about Penguin Hops’ namesake species, the rockhopper penguin. The release party will also include live music, food and access to the Aquarium.
$1 of each pint of Penguin Hops sold will benefit Shedd’s conservation initiatives and other mission-fulfilling work.
