Red Skull returns on October 11, along with our new Jameson collab brew, Jamo-nilla.
Our Imperial Red Ale is brewed with a blend of six malt types that achieve a complex character and reddish orange hue. A mixture of Apollo, Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops and dry-hop of Citra, Cystal, Amarillo, and Chinook provide fresh pine and citrus rind hop flavors to pair with caramel sweetness and alcohol warmth.

Jamo-nilla, our collaboration beer with Jameson Irish Whiskey, is a Nitro Vanilla Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey barrels. Nitrogenation adds a silky mouthfeel, balancing sweetness and complexities derived from a plethura of dark malts and whole vanilla beans. Four months of aging in Jameson Barrels provides a subtle barrel character that compliments its intricacies.
