Our Executive Chef Shay does a lot of things well, but when he puts his mind to fried chicken, the world seems like a brighter and happier place. We’re harnessing all his chicken-frying power for a special event in the Brewers’ Lounge. For one night only, the menu’s going to look a lot like Corbin, Kentucky. And, if all that excitement isn’t enough, we’re even taking reservations, which is a rare and special thing reserved for rare and special chicken nights.
