Celebrate the arrival of spring with the release of Sun Crusher, a Hoppy Wheat Ale, on Wednesday, March 21 at the Brewpub and Tap Room. A Hoppy Wheat Ale that is brewed with Apollo and Amarillo hops, with a dry-hop blend of Crystal, Amarillo, and Mosaic, resulting in a mellow bitterness and pronounced flowery and citrus aromas.
ABV: 5.3%. Availability: 6‑packs of 12oz. cans and draft.
Chicago Smoke will also return on draft at the Brewpub and Tap Room on Wednesday, March 21. Chicago Smoke is a German-style Rauchbier brewed with 95% smoked malts. Full bodied with a little caramel sweetness; this Smokey Lager is straight fire!
