We’ve got a double beer release at Revolution on Wednesday, February 21! Both Spirit of Revolt and Time and Inclination will be released on draft at our Brewpub and Tap Room.
Spirit of Revolt:
A strong-spirited Imperial IPA made by the women of Rev in honor of International Women’s Day. Brewed with specialty malts from woman-lead Weyermann Malting, with an addition of oat malt, this beer features a smooth, round body. A unique dry-hop blend of Michigan grown Cascade,Cashmere, and Slovenian Styrian Fox hops add notes of citrus, pineapple, and melon. All sales of this beer will benefit the programs at Connections for Abused Women and their Children.
ABV: 8.2%. Draft only.
Time & Inclination:
An aggressively hopped West Coast-Style IPA utilizing Citra, Apollo, Chinook, Centennial, Crystal, & Amarillo during brewing to achieve an intense yet clean bitterness. Then dry-hopped with 6 lbs per barrel using Amarillo, Citra, Crystal, Cascade and Cashmere, this combination unleashes a deep resinous character showcasing flavors and aromas of melon, citrus zest, and fresh herbs.
