Brunch at the Revolution Brewpub is here to breathe life into you every weekend. Pair insanely delicious dishes with an array of restorative cocktails including fresh Dark Matter Revolution coffee, House Bloody Maries, Beermosas, and 18 fresh Revolution beers on draft.   • BREAKFAST FROM SCRATCH — Two organic eggs, breakfast potato, biscuit, choice of sausage, bacon, pork belly, sautéed spinach, or grass-fed free range skirt steak 
  • GOAT CHEESE FRITTATA — Spinach, goat cheese, brussels sprout, roasted red pepper, arugula, balsamic vinaigrette, breakfast potato, biscuit
  • PORK HASH - Confit pork, carrot, butternut squash, russet potato, 2 sunnyside eggs, swiss cheese, sage butter
  • MONTE CRISTO — Zuchinni Squash Brioche french toast, smoked pork loin, swiss cheese, currant jam
