PIMENTO CHEESE | $6 — Pretzel chip, aged cheddar, smoked butterkase, bread & butter pickle

FRIED GIARDINIERA | $7 — Cauliflower, celery, carrot, red pepper, poblano, lemon basil cashew-crema (add fried calamari +$3)

SOUTHERN CAESAR SALAD | $12 — Romaine, mustard green, grilled green bean, grape tomato, black eyed pea, biscuit crouton, parmesan

BURRATA SALAD | $14 — Candied marcona almond, strawberry, frisee, arugula, spinach, citrus pesto, raspberry-hibiscus vinaigrette

PORK AND PINEAPPLE | $13 — Grilled pineapple, jowl bacon, sweet pickled jalapeno, cilantro, mozzarella, roasted jalapeno pizza sauce

MOLE CHICKEN | $16 — Gunthorp Farms chicken leg quarter, chocolate curry, fried yucca, braised sweet potato, plantain chip, grilled naan, cilantro, sesame seed
