October Brewpub Menu


Our chefs have tastefully created a handful of new dishes that will be served up at our brewpub throughout the month of October. 

We’ll be switching up our menus monthly — so stay tuned to our site and social media for updates. October menu items are available at the brewpub now!

Menu additions:
Grilled Prawns — charred head-on prawns, bier blanc sauce, charred lemon, fresh herbs, Old Bay lemon sourdough with Bottom Up Wit butter

Smoked Cauliflower — seared cauliflower, fresno sambal, peperonata, kale, almond citrus crumb

An Ode to the Forest Burger — sauteed portabellas, creamy sexy blue cheese, arugula, mushroom-bacon fat duxelles

Roasted Tomato Pizza — carrot cream sauce, caramelized sherry shallots, parmesan, lemon-chili feta, cremini mushrooms, herb toasted almonds, fresh basil

Steak Frites — grass fed Strauss hanger steak, beef fat potato wedges, BA Worcestershire beer jus, herb butter

Yukon Gold Pierogi — Yukon potato, farmers cheese, braised red cabbage, granny smith apple, Brussels sprouts, French onion, chive sour cream

Bone-in Salmon Steak — Butternut squash risotto, leeks, broccoli, cremini mushroom, brown sugar, smoked salmon, pepitas (toasted pumpkin seeds)

Whole Hog BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich — La Pryor whole smoked pig meat, barrel-aged NC BBQ sauce 

S’more Choco Taco — graham cracker waffle shell filled with a smoked marshmallow ice cream topped with milk chocolate, graham cracker streusel and a malt ganache (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME!)
