Revolution Brewing is introducing a bold new Hero IPA to kick off 2025 and calling on beer drinkers to experience the rush. X-Hero Juicy Rush is the first in a line of 10% ABV IPAs focused on extreme fruit flavors.
X-Hero Juicy Rush defies gravity with an intense fruit character front and center, as the first sip reveals massive candied orange and juicy peach flavor. This Hazy Imperial IPA features restrained bitterness and a smooth, easy finish to jumpstart the party.
“We have a lot of experience with creating IPAs that people want to return to again and again,” said Jim Cibak, Revolution’s Brewmaster. “And brewing a 10% Imperial IPA to give people that same feeling is one of the biggest challenges we’ve faced. We stuck the landing with Juicy Rush.”
X-Hero Juicy Rush IPA is launching in two packages, a single-serve 19.2 oz. can and six-packs of 12 oz. cans. Market pricing will be consistent with Revolution’s top-selling Hero IPAs Anti-Hero and Hazy-Hero. Variety pack standout West Coast-Hero is also moving into six-packs for 2025, while Infinity-Hero is transitioning to a Hero Variety Pack exclusive.
“The continued growth in Imperial IPAs proves this important style is here to stay ” Doug Veliky, Revolution’s Chief Marketing Officer, said. “Consumers have demonstrated that they’re looking for convenient choices with big flavor and elevated ABV. We are confident that ‘X’ hits the spot.”
Juicy Rush IPA lands at retailers in January 2025 across its Great Lakes Territory of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. X-Hero will begin jumping in tandem with a second, tropical-inspired flavor dropping later this year. Follow Revolution across social media at @RevBrewChicago for the latest.
