Sausage Plate: Cured Country Ham, Linguisa Pork Sausage, Caraway Summer Sausage and Horseradish Ham Spread
Sandwich: House-made Bratwurst served with Beer Onions, Saurkraut and White Cheddar Cheese Curds.
Pizza: Smoked Chicken Breast, Spicy Buffalo Marinara, Mozzarella, Green Garlic, Blue Cheese Dressing with fried Celery Leaf.
