Cheese Plate: Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Marisa and Goata

Sausage Plate: Cured Country Ham, Linguisa Pork Sausage, Caraway Summer Sausage and Horseradish Ham Spread 

Sandwich: House-made Bratwurst served with Beer Onions, Saurkraut and White Cheddar Cheese Curds.

Pizza: Smoked Chicken Breast, Spicy Buffalo Marinara, Mozzarella, Green Garlic, Blue Cheese Dressing with fried Celery Leaf.

Entree: Wild Sockeye Salmon served with Corn-Favabean Succotash (oyster mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, grape tomatoes, shallots) Red Pepper Coulis and crispy Salsify.
