This Extra Pale Ale is made with all Pilsner malt, which gives it a pale yellow hue, and hopped with 100% CENTennial hops in various forms. It was brewed for the Oak Park Microbrew Review (8/20), and like Replicale in years past, 18 breweries did the same base beer, but with different hop varieties. We used pellets for bittering, and a combination of pellet/ Whole/ and freshly harvested Centennial from the SouthSide at the end of boil… We did 2 dry-hopadditions for added complexity (warm/ cold in the FV).
