We harvested yeast from this year’s Replicale, and brewed a new IPA! A blend of six different grains (including rye, wheat and oats), and the warmer Saison fermentation provides fruity esters, and signature acidity. This wonderfully complex brew was named after the Belgian Revolution in 1830, which lead to its Independence from the UK of the Netherlands!
