We blended our Queequeg’s Coffin (Moby Wit, Imperial White Ale, aged 14 months in FEW gin barrels) with one of our kettle sour beers, and added red raspberry to the SV prior to carbonating. An interesting blend of Gin spice, wood, and Belgian yeast complexity meet with tart acidity and fruit sweetness to balance it all out. Pleasantly complex and flavorful, yet dangerously drinkable for a beer of its strength.
