Exodus

This Imperial IPA was created with a combination of some of the most pungent aromatic hops that were available to us. The heavy-handed use of Summit, Chinook and the recently available German variety, Polaris, creates a unique power punch of hop aroma. The smell of pineapples dominates the nose up front, and then flavors of pine, wild onion and resinous hop oils cloak the toasty malt sweetness and high ABV of this tricky devil.
