An Imperial Oatmeal Stout with a not so secret ingredient added to welcome the colder months. We poured a couple (hundred) pounds of dark maple syrup into this tasty brew during fermentation to further enhance the deep chocolate and coffee notes provided by the malt. No flannel required.
