Midi

These beers historically have been enjoyed with meals by both adults and children. They range from pale to dark brown in color and in alcohol by volume from 0.5% -3.0%.. They are light-bodied, with relatively low carbonation and limited bitterness/ aftertaste. We first brewed a local alcohol beer and then added the Belgian yeast strain, thus creating our Midi, which comes in at around 2% abv.
