This Strong Pale Ale is made with 2 row and Ashburne Mild malt, which gives it a beautiful golden hue, and is hopped entirely with Cryo hops- both in the kettle, and for it’s dry-hop. We used a blend of Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe to showcase its fragrant, fruity hop notes, and provide a solid hop bitterness.
(Cryo Hops are the concentrated lupulin of whole hops containing resins and aromatic oils. It is designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, enabling brewers to dose large quantities of hops without introducing astringent flavors or vegetative cone material)
